Integrations and automation.

Connect the systems you already pay for, so data moves on its own and still adds up at the end of the month.

01 / Overview

Data that moves itself.

Copying numbers from one system into another every week is slow, and it is where mistakes come from. We connect the systems directly, through their APIs, and add the checks a person would make: does the total match, did the sync run, did anything fail.

Integrations break at 2am on a holiday. Ours retry, log what happened, and tell someone when they need a person.

02 / What's included

  • API integrations with CRMs, scheduling, payments, calendars and chat
  • Scheduled syncs with retries, logging and reconciliation
  • Generated documents and reports
  • Alerts by email, Slack or phone when a job fails
  • Server and Cloudflare automation
  • Deploys that run from git on every push

03 / How it runs

Built to fail safely.

Every integration eventually meets a timeout, a changed field or a rate limit. The work is in handling those cases on purpose.

01

Read the source

We pull the raw data first and compare it with what the client sees in the other system.

02

Connect and check

Timeouts, retries and duplicate protection, plus a reconciliation step after every run.

03

Watch it

Failures reach a person quickly, with enough detail to act on.

04 / From recent work

From recent work.

  • Payroll fed by a scheduling platform's API, with Google Calendar data and a checksum against the client's own figures.
  • A quote tool that sends each lead into the client's CRM.
  • Automatic attack protection across 20 sites on our servers, built with Bright Cloud Studio: Cloudflare rules applied in steps and reported to Slack.

When a spreadsheet should become a web app

A spreadsheet is a fine first version of a process. The signs that one has outgrown itself, and how we replace only the part that keeps breaking.
