02 / Approach
Trained as an engineer. Building for the web since 2009.
Before the web, our founder John Burtness earned a degree in engineering physics, built a micro-satellite attitude-control system tested using NASA facilities, and designed power plants. The habits came with him.
We measure before we change anything, we fix causes instead of symptoms, and we leave every system documented so the next person can run it.
